Which phones can I charge?
Each power bank has built-in cables for iPhone and Android phones, so you do not need to bring your own.
How do I pay?
Link a bank card in the STW POWSTAR app once. The rental is charged to that card when you return the power bank.
Can I return it to a different station?
Yes. Return it to any free slot at any Shuruq station. The app confirms the return straight away.
What if I keep it longer than planned?
You pay SAR 6 per hour, never more than SAR 30 per day. If the power bank is not returned within 7 days (168 hours), the rental closes with a SAR 112 fee.
The station did not release a power bank. What now?
